What do you get?

Each HES survey pack contains a practical action plan tailored to meet your personal and individual home’s needs. They include a government approved Energy Performance Certificate, which is completed by a fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor.

They Include a range of advice and continuing support:

  • Detailed site survey
  • Implementation and support for all energy saving advice
  • Micro-renewable advice; on suppliers, installers, grants and other benefits
  • Sustainable building design and construction

    • Professional, independent and objective advice on energy efficiency and environmentally sound building design and energy solutions.


    The Process

    1. Application

    Once you book an appointment with us one of our environmental colsultants will contact you and arrange a visit to your home.

    2. Home Visit

    The consultant will discuss the energy needs of the occupiers and carry out a survey of the property. The consultant may also install an electricity meter to assess current energy usage in your property.

    3. HES Survey Report

    After visiting your home, gathering data and identifying energy saving opportunities, the consultant will produce a report. This will include a full Energy Performance Certicicate (EPC), with floor plans and low and high cost energy saving measures amongst other specific home information

    4. Your feedback

    You will be contacted about a month later to determin you view of the report and the recommendations made

    5. Follow up support

    HES GB will provide support and opportunities for you if you wish to implement any of the recommendations identified in the report.
