We are your first stop shop for information on renewable energy your home. We provide services that you need; i.e. topping up your loft insulation, installing draft proofing, project managing, and environmental consulting on any building work you might have.

During the course of the assessment we conduct a number of inspections to analyze the state of your energy losses.

  • We measure floor areas and windows to determine the amount of potential energy loss through these interfaces.
  • We identify existing insulation in lofts; condition and its coverage.
  • We also identify if you have wall insulation and its condition and coverage.

    • Other inspections include identifying potential air leaks (or drafts), which can cause large energy losses and potential costs.

    Potential sites for air leaks include; gaps along baseboards/edge of flooring, junctures of walls and ceilings. Air can freely move through a number of house hold features, including open fireplaces, door and window frames, letter boxes, loft hatches and other interfaces between your home and the outside environment.

    After you have received the report identifying the current efficiency of your home you can then decide whether or not to carry out any of the recommendations, many of which are easy to do yourself or with the help of another pair of hands.
